CHECK-IN BEFORE EVERY GAME

ONLY REGISTERED PLAYERS MAY PARTICIPATE – No exceptions

 

PLAYERS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE TripleEDGE TABLE BEFORE  EVERY GAME

Players MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their first game to receive their jersey.

 GAMES WILL START ON TIME

 

Players MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled game time –

           The game clock will start at the scheduled start time whether teams are ready to play or not!

 

 

EQUIPMENT and CLOTHING

Players MUST provide their own full game equipment; Helmet, arm and shoulder pads, gloves and MOUTH PIECE. Players will not be allowed to play without ALL required game equipment

SOUTH RUN – You may wear all purpose cleats or sneakers.

                       Dress warmly in layers the facility is NOT HEATED

 

            THE BOX – You MUST wear sneakers or basketball shoes NO CLEATS

 

 

IMPORTANT: REVISED FORMAT @ The BOX in Chantilly

The Box:  For the first weekend with all age groups from Varsity to U-11/9, we played 8 v 8 lacrosse (2 Attack, 3 Midfield, 2 Defense -NO long poles - and a Goalie) – the same format as we play in South Run. The response was very positive. The players, coaches, and parents overwhelmingly agreed that the facility is large enough to support the new format. This will allow more players on the field and less of an adjustment when playing games at both locations. Our Field Directors will formally brief all teams of the rules and format prior to their first game.  THIS IS NOT BOX LACROSSE!

This is the FINAL Schedule including make-up games for games canceled.

We have made every effort to make up all games. All teams have been scheduled to play at least 7 games as promised. In order to give all teams at least 7 games we have secured additional hours. They include some earlier Sunday morning games and some additional later Friday night games. The Varsity and JV division’s season must end on Feb 22 as most begin spring practice on Feb 23. 

Please review the schedule very carefully for game times and locations. Many teams will play two games in the same day not necessarily back to back.
